One Friday ago, I cajoled a few friends into checking out the Farmers Market at the Hilton Hotel roof top bar in Sydney.
A novel idea - fruits and vegetables strewn around the place akin to, well, a farmers market. Hand-pick your vegetables and spices and then meander on over to the bartender to whip up a drink.
(My chosen ingredients: a carrot, a kiwi fruit and possibly 0.5 milligrams of roophies.)
Get bamboozled by smoke, flames and other barman-type sorcery.
Leave a bit dazed and confused, and drinking out of a coconut.
Another Friday night well spent.
